Why Refer Our Company

We built our entire company around the emotional dynamics of our customers.  Happy customers mean a continuing relationship with your company and word of mouth advertising on how prompt and professional their loss was handled.

Education is paramount and our Technicians, Client Relations Specialists, Safety Net Coordinators & Office Staff are highly trained in dealing with these types of situations.  Knowing the emotional sensitivities of a water loss customer is just as important as the actual technical work that has to be completed.  Take care of the customer first, then the problem.  When our technicians arrive at your home, they are dressed in professional uniform, clean cut, photo identification badges and even ask for permission to park in your driveway.  Our technicians go through a two week industry specific customer service training course before they are permitted to step foot onto a restoration project.  They are immediately put through all necessary training and receive the certifications to provide the quality work the you should expect.  See below, to learn more about how to qualify the restoration company working in your home or business.

In addition, our Owner Mark Wichern, is a Leading Industry Expert, Consultant and National Instructor for the Clean Trust/IICRC.  Mark teaches WRT "Water Restoration Technician" & is one of very few ASD "Applied Structural Drying" Instructors in the Country.  All of our Technicians & Office Staff are Certified by the IICRC in WRT, ASD, CCT, CCMT, CDS, AMRT & extensive Customer Service training as a minimum.  We offer around the clock service with an immediate response to help calm & reassure your customer as well as limit the damage.
Our job is to make you look good for referring us.

We can handle any size water loss or mold remediation project and provide professional 24/7/365 Emergency Service to all of the Emerald Coast including, Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, Niceville, Freeport, Fort Walton Beach, Miramar Beach, Sandestin, Water Color, Seaside, Seagrove, Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach, Panama City Beach & Panama City - call our Santa Rosa Beach, FL office at 850-267-9900 or our toll free number at 800-603-5971.

WHY ACT NOW...

Delays in water and sewage removal causes secondary damages increasing mold growth, the time to restore and claim expenses.  Wet carpet is only the tip of the iceberg with water damage.  Properly removing the water and drying the entire structure immediately, will prevent most mold growth and save time, money and grief.  Time is the crucial element in water damage restoration.

How do I qualify the Restoration Company coming into the properties I manage, my Business or my own personal home?

Do they have a good reputation?
Our reputation is second to none. Some of the most prominent individuals, Property Management Companies, Insurance Companies and business in the area refer us. Take a look at what our clients say about us! See Testimonials at About Us...
What kind of experience do they have?
All Clear Restoration & Remediation is one of the most experienced drying companies in this area.  We have dried 1000's of projects and even have our own training facility and ASD Flood House. Restoration Coach is our Training Center and has a Flood House that we flood once a month when teaching our Applied Structural Drying Classes.   Whether it’s your business or home, small or large, we have seen similar situations and know the protocol for water mitigation.
What kind of education do they have?
You will find that we are certified by The Clean Trust/IICRC, the world’s most recognized body of certification for restoration and cleaning www.iicrc.org.   Never use a company that is not educated and certified in this field. All of our Technicians and Office Staff are WRT, ASD, CCMT & AMRT Certified at a minimum and we also have Master Restorers on staff and Industry Experts to evaluate every project.  The IICRC Standards are the only standards for our Industry and we refer to these standards on every project.  We are heavily involved in education across the country. We bring the education we receive directly to your water drying job. Always ask to see the Technicians Certification cards, they should be with them at all times.  Also, please be advised that as of March 1, 2011, any person or company providing Mold Remediation Services in your home must be Licensed by the State of Florida to be a Mold Remediator or Mold Assessor.  Every Project Manager and all Technicians at All Clear Restoration have their Florida State Mold License to perform these services for you.  Ask to see the Technician's Florida Mold License, they should carry this card with them.  Verify the company at www.myfloridalicense.com

What type of equipment do they use, how do they find the water and what systems are used?

The most advanced structural drying systems on the market are used by All Clear Restoration. We have an extensive collection of the best meters available to find the water and to make sure we are drying your structure.  Each Technician arrives with their very own Inspection Kit to perform a thorough inspection of the affected areas of your home or business.

Make sure that the Technician inspecting your business or home has the proper Meters and Meter Kit.  Our technician's have an extensive selection of meters to find where the water is coming from, how to prevent further damage, stop the water and to make sure the project is monitored and documented on a daily basis.  We feel that having the right meters to find the water and moisture is one of the most important aspects of our job. The thermal imaging cameras are a great tool, but will only show you surface temperatures of the wall, but you still need the proper tools to find all of the water.

The Secondary Damage Containment and Restorative Drying must begin within 24 hours of the loss and inspected by an All Clear Restoration Certified Structural Drying Specialist.  The All Clear Restoration Structural Drying Specialists has been extensively trained & certified on drying everything that applies to the structure of your home or business such as hardwood flooring, sub-floors, drywall, sill plates, ceilings, furniture and of course carpet & pad.

Paperwork & Documentation!

The most important process in mitigating your loss is documentation and daily monitoring of your drying project.

After all of the Structural Drying Equipment is placed, monitoring the drying process is crucial.  On a daily basis your Drying Specialist will need to take readings, document the drying and control the drying conditions.  He/she will also be checking the exact moisture contents of everything affected and adjusting equipment for faster drying.  This documentation should be on file for every drying project.  We will also keep these records for you.
